  ok, here is the really interesting part: Notice all the reviews before this seem to have been written in the same style, probably by the owner/staff? Notice how they are ALL ON THE SAME DAY by the same person "JOHN" using different front names? Now you know this is almost certainly one person, the owner/one of the staff. Read those 4 comments below and I challenge you to stop laughing, ok at least try! Now here is a real review: The staff is garbage. I had experience with them where two ladies there behaved like police asking questions inappropriate for simply providing auto insurance. The ladies seemed to be on a powertrip, until I put a stop to it. Mind you this is when I had a PERFECT record of driving, no accidents, no tickets, perfect credit, etc. I have never had ANY insurance office behave like this before or after this experience. Later after I was too nice and took insurance with this Zakar office, those same ladies would not do their job when I wanted to change coverage, inquire about balance, etc. I dumped them shortly thereafter. To be fair, I never did meet the agent himself. HOWEVER, if he hires and retains staff like this, he must not be very good, and even then is not accessible. If you think about it, Step 1 is to call around and get quotes for the same level of coverage and then choose which company you want as the underwriter for your insurance. Fundamentally that establishes the rate. Step 2 is to find an agent with good staff who will treat you respectfully as a customer and do their jobs with good will and due diligence. THIS OFFICE FAILS MISERABLY ON STEP 2. If you do want State Farm, then I recommend trying another State Farm agent, where you will have the same rate, but hopefully better service. The test is when you need service and they show laziness and attitude. Do not wait till you need something beyond the ordinary to find out this office is subpar. And the 4 reviews below really make the case. I have nothing to gain, but hope this helped you. Good day.
