  dude these people speak Arabic more than English in this bank, If your white or black. I highly recommend that you dont go there. If your not arabic, they dont treat you the same. Please hire some white people, or black people

  I am very ashamed to say i Bank with Comerica. The customer service is horrible. I am a business owner and a college student and very familiar with communicating effectively and kindly with clients and peers. In 2014 i opened a comerica account and not once did i feel appreciated. I opened a checking account as a college student and an account with no maintenance fees. Every year since then i would get charged i wiuld have to goto a local branch and show them my student ID for them to waive fees. I recently chose to travel and enjoy my summer. One week before i did i logged into my web banking and saw that i was charged once more. I took my ID and report card to the bank they waived the fees. The following month i was charged once more for the following months. Now i am overseas, i log into my account and my fees r still there. I call the local branch they said they would look into it and call me back. I did not receive a call or email. This shows that clients are not well respected because this has happened multiple times over and over. No one calls back and i asked the gentlemen to please call me back or make sure someone does, they just dont take u serious. Its not about the $13 a month maintenance fees but also be the fact that they promise one thing and dont dont follow through. I am frustrated and cant even close my account because i am oversees enjoying my summer and unfortunately have to worry about my bank trying to make an extra buck. Rude, unprofessional

  I am currently in this bank and the service is horrible I'm trying to get $160.00 uploaded to my debut card I have now been here for almost 30 min because the gentlemen in their suits and ties have funmy things to decuss instead of assissting their worker properly and mind you there are workers here who can and know how to upload these debut cards with no problem I think it is a shame and poor taste of this banking staff to outwardly show this kind of disrepect and im still waiting grow up folks so sad not a sorry from the manager nothing this is so wrong!!!!!!
